G&M Works brought Terrain's vision to life with constructing the 1st floor lobby garden, 2nd floor and rooftop amenity spaces.  Some features consisted of a custom ipe deck with curved elements, a unique shape turf area, benches and aluminum planter boxes surrounding the space filled with beautiful plant material.  Custom fencing and gates, along with, custom light boxes to carry the design throughout the night skies.   Ruby, a 22-story residential rental in West Chelsea, houses 480 units, including 30% for affordable housing under the Affordable New York program. The façade reflects the neighborhood's historic architecture with hand-laid brick and richly patterned surfaces. Ruby offers 19,000 SF of community-oriented amenities, including a rooftop pool, lounge, grilling terrace, and wellness center.
